The original field was rough and uneven from years of wear. With larger equipment and fresh tilling, the area was reshaped into a manageable hay field and garden zone.
Most of the value here came from doing the fundamentals right: smooth grade, workable soil, and better access. Once that was in place, everything else became easier.
